Possible, yes:

%etc-dir%/MailScanner.conf
Spam Checks = %etc-dir%/rules/spam.check.rules

%etc-dir%/rules/spam.check.rules

From:           127.0.0.1        no
FromOrTo:       default         yes

Advisable, depends:

Would you otherwise notice if your localhost started spewing out spam?
