test virus problem

Hello,
I tested my server with www.testvirus.org, I have problems with test#23,
maybe I need to configure something else in my configuration files.

Test#23 is:

This test message contains: Test #23: Eicar virus within zip file hidden
using the "Empty MIME Boundary Vulnerability" (attachment can be opened by
all versions of Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express)

All advices or clues are welcome....
