Slightly OT ! Increasing the size of the Ramdisk on Redhat 3.0

But changing the size of the initrd ram disk won't change the size of /tmp.
What you want to be doing is just using tmpfs for /tmp. This will expand
and contract as needed, without you having to do anything.
