I guess it means that the headers will show through which countries the
mail went?
Useful if you want to investigate how mail is travelling and if you can
find a pattern in it you can start scoring on it too. For example if the
Kingdom of Tonga hardly sends any e-mail but it relays loads of spam you
can add a score to that :)
At least that would be my idea of doing something useful with it.
