Just specify multiple scanners on the "Virus Scanners =" line.
When you have installed ClamAV, check that the entry in
/etc/MailScanner/virus.scanners.conf points to the right place. If you
installed ClamAV from an RPM, you will probably need to change the end of
the line to just say
         /usr
