Mailscanner restarting all the time...

How about "Virus Scanning = yes" and "Virus Scanners = f-prot" ?

Some defunct MailScanner(s) is normal (at least, I see the same on 'normal'
running systems). You should see up to "Max Children = 2" running
MailScanner childs.
