This has often happened to me with Outlook. Just about every time an
Outlook patch or new product is release the message id tag changes and
gets detected. For a while I had one sender keep triggering a similar rule
in SA 2.x. He was running Outlook 2002 and my SA version didn't like it.
So yes, nothing new ;-)
