Add an aditional header to spam mail.

Hello

I would like to add an extra header to all mail that is spam.
There is an header named "Spam Score Header" that is inserted into mails
that are spam, but i would like to have two headers.
The first header is a static one and the second is the normal where i get
the detailed information. The result should look something like this

X-spam: YES
X-My-Company-MailScanner-SpamScore: spam, bla bla

It is this first extra line i would like to insert. I have tried
everyting i know. but cant get it to work. Can it be done with rulesets ?
