Notifications/Quarantaine only for viruses, not for filenames/fiiletypes?

Hi,

how can I make MailScanner to only send Admin Notifications for viruses 
(discovered by the virus scanner) but not for attachemant filtered by 
filename/filetype? Same for Quarantaine.

I look as if one can adjust this for the sender, but not for the admin 
notifications.
