Since it is a bounce, it is just the virus spoofing the sender's
address. When the receiving email server rejects it, it goes to the
"sender," which in your case is someone at your organization. The other
mail server has probably already removed the virus.
More of a nuisance than anything.
Thankfully, MailScanner can be configured to not send virus
notifications to "senders" of viruses.
