Fixes for both these problems will be in 4.35.4.

Yes, found and fixed. I'll release 4.35.4 in a few days.
If you need to fix it now, find line 235 of MCPMessage.pm. It should say
return $this->{isspam};
Change this to
return $this->{ismcp};
