DCC -1.2.4 problem

after the .configure command in a whitebox linux i get this
look for sendmail milter library in
./../sendmail/obj.Linux.2.4.21-20.ELsmp.i686
        *** cannot build dccm without sendmail headers in ./../sendmail
                and libraries in
./../sendmail/obj.Linux.2.4.21-20.ELsmp.i686 ***

Dos sombody now what it means?
