Attaching a Signature to Clean Outbound mail

Hi,

I am doing bi-directional scanning and was wondering if its possible to add
a signature to clean outbound mail. I was going through MailScanner.conf and
saw that their is the option "Sign Clean Messages " but its not clear if
this is outbound or incoming. Is there a way to set them both seperately ?
