rpm -e Perl-MIME-Base64 fixes up2date but breaks MS, obviously. Trying
to install that RPM manually fails unless you force it - it clashes
with files from the main perl RPM. Forcing the installation of
MIME-Base64 fixes MS, but up2date breaks again.

My workaround has been to install MIME-BASE64 from the CPAN tar.gz
after removing the RPM - that seems to satisfy MS and up2date.
