Okay, that was -3. Now I've created -4 which I have tested on a RHEL system
and it seems to be rather cleaner. Would you believe that when rpmbuild
constructs the dependency list, it actually looks at the "use" statements
in the Perl scripts and scrapes version numbers out of them! Yuch!
up2date -u on the RHEL box no longer complains about these modules.
