MailScanner, SA and Bayes : how to update

The first results of this MailScanner/SA solution are impressive : 860
messages detected as SPAM during the week-end !

Is it dangerous to run the sa-learn process while MailScanner is running ?

I would like to go on feeding SA with spam archives...
