MailScanner + SA3 + SURBL not registering.

you don't the spamcop_uri module for sa3.0 it's all built-in.

HOWEVER, the rule syntax is different and I don't think the surbl URI
rules aren't  turned on by default - you need the edit the local.cf to
turn it on. Also make sure the DNS stuff for SA3.0 is turned on as well
(again I think this may be off by default), have a look at the rules in
/usr/local/share/spamassassin) for which settings to add to the local.cf.
