New section in the FAQ : Troubleshooting

Hi,

        I just created a new section in the FAQ: Troubleshooting.  I also
created an "answer": Troubleshooting slow server.  It gives a lot of
info on how to find the bottleneck on a seemingly slow server.

        Comments + additions welcome!
