Look in your sendmail.cf file for O Timeout.queuereturn=8d



Set that to how long you want items to stay in your queue. Also look at
O Timeout.queuewarn=8d change this if you don't want users emailed that
the message was undeliverable but that the system will keep trying.

Make sure you RESTART MailScanner so that the sendmail processes read
the .cf again after your changes.
