How not to match filename rules for archive contents?

Hi!

thanks for your swift relpy. it works, but with one big limitation:
My virus-scanner doens't support archive-extraction, so it will not find
viruses in archives now :(

An option like "Extract Archives Before Virusscanning" would be great.
