OT: strange AWL score

Our dear friends at Dell have got caught in the higscore action and after looking at the logfiles I noticed the they got a score between 9-13 on AWL. What I really want is to either reset the AWL och just delete it since I dont have it turned on. It was on for a while but I really didnt need it so I took it of but now I cant figure out what to do
