Releasing messages from Quarantine

If two of the files are dfiAM6A4X5001012 and qfiAM6A4X5001012 then you
can move (or copy) those to /var/spool/mqueue. If you do a
"/usr/sbin/sendmail -qIiAM6A4X5001012" you start delivery immediatly.
Else the will wait for the next queuerun.
