MailScanner.conf Permission Problem

It's probably something that I did but just in case...

I installed the latest beta version of MailScanner the other day and all
seemed to work properly.  I tried to log in today using mailwatch and was
told that MailScanner.conf could not be found.

When I checked the file it had permissions of 600.  Changing it to 644
allowed mailwatch to run again.
