4.35.11 : phishing stall

I found my own MailScanners were starting to get bogged down in this
problem, so I got the message from my own queue. The fix in 4.36.1
sorted it out.

I'm a bit worried that it caused a problem in the first place, as the
only thing I changed was to stop the logged string getting too long.
Points to a potential overflow bug in Linux's syslogd. But I'll leave
fixing that to someone else.
