MailScanner: Beta 4.36.1 released

I have just released the latest version 4.36.1.
This is mostly to get everyone up to the same point in the development of
the phishing net.
It also adds support for RedHat Enterprise Server (and AS) version 4 beta 2.

One more thing: the Linux install.sh script now supports a command-line
option "fast" (i.e. "./install.sh fast") which makes it only ever wait 1
second in the pauses, rather than up to 10 seconds which it does normally.
Speeds up installations enormously!

Download it as usual from www.mailscanner.info.

There is now unofficial support on IRC (irc.freenode.net #mailscanner).

  properly on new installations.
- Fixed logging problem with phishing net on a few malformed messages.
