Howto relay mails with a "mailscanner-relay-server"?

The mailertable solution is the best one, second paragraph on the page.
That FAQ entry (the first paragraph) is another example of people not
understanding what the FAQ-o-Matic is all about. There's numerous
questions in it, I have cleared a lot but find new stuff all the time.
If people can find it, can't they find this list too? I never recognize
their names in the entries. This particular entry can't easily be
modified since several others have answered his question.
