Issue with outlook messages decode

I upgraded MIME::Base64 with Cpan to 3.05 restarted MailScanner and it is
all working thanks for the help!! :-) 
 
Maybe this soemthing to do with either the x86_64 arch and/or FC3. 
Dunno, but thanks again :-)

That^Òs interesting, I don^Òt think I ever shipped MIME::Base64
3.01 as part of MailScanner. You need to be using a newer version
than that. 3.03 at least.
