I haven't been following this thread, so can't off any other assitance
than what Mike meant by hashing the virtusertable:

    makemap hash /etc/mail/virtusertable < /etc/mail/virtusertable

Of course, /etc/mail/virtusertable is where mine is. You will need to
substitute your location.
