mailsvc.com reposting messages: Re: Rejected posting to MAILSCANNER@JISCMAIL.AC.UK

It would appear that mail.mailsvc.com is reposting messages back to the
list, presumably due to some broken script which is deciding to deliver
messages to the To: address in the message headers instead of the envelope
RCPT address(es).

This has been going on since Friday. Can we drop the offending subscriber
until it can be fixed? It's really quite annoying getting these back for
every post sent to the list.

Rather than post the full address publicly, possibly causing undue spam to
the user, check your own rejection message for the user in COINFOTECH.COM.
It will be in the quoted Received: header as jiscmail.ac.uk drops the
message off to mailsvc.com. I've replaced it with *MUNGED_USERID* in the
headers below.
