Same FROM and TO

How could I block SPAM where the FROM is equal the TO, and the people receiving the
message are at BCC. I receive a lot of that. Is like the from was my company, but it
isn't, and another people in the company are receiving it...

Example:
---------------------
From: abc at xyz.com.br
To: abc at xyz.com.br
{bcc: me}

Buy this stuff...
---------------------

I hope I was clear explaining myself. Any ideas of how I could stop this stuff?
