SuSE with 4.35.9 and MIME::Base64

Tried this to see if it would solve the problems with RHEL, but the final
line (./install.sh fast) just forces the installtion of the MIME-Base64
RPM again and we're back to square one.

I can see that it might work without running ./install.sh again...
