4.35.9: file command disabled?

Julian,

MailScanner.conf now has:

File Command = #DISABLED /usr/bin/file

Does this mean "don't use this setting anymore?".  Previously
(4.34.8) I had this defined as:

File Command = /usr/bin/file

What's the story here?
