Syntax for white/black listing network?

How would this be placed in the MS files?
 
From:    66.137.25.0        yes
From:    66.137.25.0/24    yes
 
We keep getting spoofed by companies using our own domain name as the
sender. No checks are done as I've got our domains white listed. I was
told that it's better to white list the IP range instead.
