High CPU Load - Please help

Load problems have been discussed quite often in the past.
As a general rule I would advise upgrading MS to the latest stable version
to start with, as earlier versions may not be as optimal.
Your version of DCC is out of date, as is your version of Razor.

If you apply some of the optimisation tips as outlined in the MAQ you will
probably see some improvement in performance.
