Pb running mailscanner on debian box

Hi,
So i am running MailScanner :

mailscanner    4.30.3-1
spamassassin   2.63-1
sendmail       8.12.11
sensible-mda   8.12.11
mutt, fetchmail, procmail, f-prot and antivir ...

My MailScanner.conf:

Incoming Queue Dir = /var/spool/mqueue.in
Outgoing Queue Dir = /var/spool/mqueue
Incoming Work Dir = /var/spool/MailScanner/incoming
Quarantine Dir = /var/spool/MailScanner/quarantine

MTA = sendmail
Sendmail = /usr/lib/sendmail
Sendmail2 = /usr/lib/sendmail

Virus Scanners = f-prot antivir

Quarantine Infections = yes
Quarantine Whole Message = yes
Quarantine Whole Messages As Queue Files = no

Spam Checks = yes
Use SpamAssassin = yes
Spam Actions = delete

Syslog Facility = mail
Log Spam = yes

So, when i am running all of them, i can not see any mailscanner log
(check, spam, virus ...) in my /var/log/mail.log.
And if i stop mailscanner, i am still able to get and send e-mail.
