[Clamav-announce] announcing ClamAV 0.71 (fwd)

You have to have bzip2-devel installed and a symbolic link to
/usr/lib/libbz2.so.1.0.2 called /usr/lib/libbz2.so in order to install
without a problem on most Red Hat and RedHat-like installations.
