Awesome!  I didn't realize I could put "and" into a ruleset like that!
Didn't see that in any of the examples I looked at..

Yes you can.
From: user1 at example1.com and To: user2 at example2.com yes
FromAndto: default yes

And then set "Allow Script Tags" to point to your ruleset.
