The first field can be either be "deny" or "allow".
Make sure you use tabs to seperate fields.

Subject: Blocking a specific file name
Howdy,
I need to block incoming emails with an attached document named
DELETED0.TXT. So I put a line in /etc/MailScanner/filename.rules.conf that
is
deny+delete DELETED0\.TXT$ - -
I know that I'm doing something wrong because after restarting MailScanner,
these messages still come in. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Prayer
