Consistency improvement of %org-name%

Indeed, some "X-%org-name%-MailScanner" headers may be added anyway.  But
the emails such as "reports/en/sender.spam.report.txt" (take a look)
originated by MailScanner contain a hardwired "X-MailScanner:" which, for
consistency, ought to follow the "X-%org-name%-MailScanner" model.

Similarly the relatively new "Envelope From Header" is given as
"X-MailScanner-From:" which would be improved by following the
"%org-name%" model (likewise "Envelope To Header".)
