Outgoing Mail Queue

It only shows the mail scanner starting.  It never shows it doing anything.

Question, on the syntax for the "Incoming Queue Dir" statement.  Does
there need to be no white space between the values and the equal sign (=)?
Should I have "Incoming Queue Dir=/var/spool/mqueue.in"  or is "Incoming
Queue Dir = /var/spool/mqueue.in" OK?
