Curious Spam

I just recieved an unusual spam that I've not seen before (maybe because
I've given up religiously checking stuff that SA catches, or maybe its a
new one). SA didn't catch it (scored about 3, mainly thanks to a razor
hit). The email claims to be confirmation of a laptop order, detailing
a laptop to be dispatched and claiming that it will be charged to your
bank acount and delivered to the address given at the time of order.
There are a number of links to a website (for 'tracking' or
'cancelling'), but the website has been taken down 'due to hosting
violation'.
I guess most users would be pretty concerned by this, its pretty well
constructed and looks quite authentic. Of course a quick look at the
headers reveals the expected forged sender address, and the razor hit -
but users don't know to do that.
Does anyone know any more about this, I'm guessing its some kind of
phishing scam?
