errors when starting MailScanner with postfix

That was the crucial bit.  I obviously also need to duplicate the
postfix settings to create the incoming instance.  That doesn't appear
to be documented in the shiny new manual I'm reading.  Is there a link
handy to a document I should read about how to do that?
