Sendmail, a lot of mails stuck in /var/spool/mqueue

I changed MailScanner lock type to use posix but the problem persist.

A lot of queue files that they never tried to delivery and queue runs
ignoring them as you can see:

Note: those qf files hare their respective df files in the queue dir.

This files are present in mailq too (marked as X):
