Ham question

[Max Kipness]

I've got close to 1000 spam messages in an mbox file that I can feed to
bayes. I don't have many ham messages that I can put together right now.
Could it possible give a negative effect if I feed this into bayes
without the same amount of ham?
 
I also have autolearn on and functioning with the following numbers:
 
bayes corpus size: nspam = 3310, nham = 2319
