SA Tests not getting run

Well, for a start you're running it outside of MailScanner.  Try
disabling how you're running it now (through procmail perhaps), turn off
spamd etc.  Set 'Use SpamAssassin = yes' in MailScanner.conf and restart
MailScanner.  Maybe get back to us later if you're still having
problems...
