Whitelisting one domain for one user only

I have looked through the archives and not found anything relating to this.  What I need to do is whitelist one domain for only one user.  I have the following in the whitelist because one customer needs to make sure she get's some important mail from the domain-- but I want mail coming from here checked for spam with all other users. 

From:           *@mchsi.com                                     yes
