Problem with qf* files in mqueue.in

I want to use the demon, of this form analyze quickly.  I have 
modified the file "/etc/MailScanner/wrapper/clamav-wrapper" with

#ClamScan=$1/bin/clamscan
ClamScan=$1/bin/clamdscan 

clamdscan is a client for clamd.

I believe that the  clamav daemon does not analyze the mqueue.in.

I am confused

Of all ways will try this and more thing
