Block long file names

Hi

It's already there in the default setup:
in the config file:
Filename Rules = %rules-dir%/filename.rules

in the rules file:
deny    .{150,} Very long filename, possible OE attack  Very long filenames are good signs of attacks against Microsoft e-mail packages
