Fetchmail retrieval whitelisted

Hi!

I've been using MailScanner for a while now, and just struggling to
overcome a small problem.
I have SpamAssassin to whitelist my server's IP address, so that e-mail
being sent out is not classed as spam.

However, I have a pop account this is polled every 10 minutes from
fetchmail. All of these mails are also whitelisted, but I would like these
to be Spam-checked.
Any easy remedies?
