DCC is the simplest software I have ever installed.

# wget http://www.dcc-servers.net/dcc/source/dcc-dccproc.tar.Z
# zcat dcc-dccproc.tar.Z | tar xf -
# cd dcc-dccproc-1.2.47
# ./configure
# make
# make install
# cdcc info

Open 6277/UDP outbound in your fw and allow it in from that IP. MS will
pick up DCC automatically. Test with "spamassassin -D --lint".
